I am 'rich' but dont have a car, so pay 4 quid, just like a poor person. I've pay an average of 15K more per year than in 1998 in taxes. I dont have kids, I'm not married, and I dont have any medical needs.<BR/><BR/>I am ripped off as much as anyone.
